人结肠直肠癌组织中B7-H1的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

Expression of B7-H1 in tissues of patients with colon and rectal carcinoma

摘要 探讨共刺激分子B7-H1在人结肠直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。运用免疫组织化学SP法检测B7-H1分子在60例结肠直肠癌组织中的表达,并对其表达水平与结肠直肠癌临床病理参数之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果显示,B7-H1分子在结肠直肠癌组织中的阳性表达显著高于正常结肠直肠组织(P<0.01);B7-H1在结肠直肠癌组织中阳性表达率为60%,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤组织的类型、分级和分期无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结是否转移显著相关(P<0.01)。B7-H1在结肠直肠癌组织中的高表达,可能在肿瘤的发生、发展中起到一定作用,有望成为结肠直肠癌免疫治疗的一个新靶点。 To investigate the expression of B7-H1 in human colon and rectal carcinoma and the relationship between their expression and the clinicopathological features,immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of B7-H1 in 60 cases of colon and rectal carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of normal colon and rectal epithelium.The results showed that the expression of B7-H1 increased from normal colon and rectal epithelium to colon and rectal carcinoma cell with significant difference(P<0.01).The expression rate of B7-H1 was 60% in colon and rectal carcinoma.There was no correlation between the expression level of B7-H1 and the sex,age,histological types,grade and state(P>0.05),but significant correlations could be demonstrated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).It is evident that B7-H1 is overexpressed in colon and rectal carcinoma,and it furning plays certain role in oncogenesis and progression of human colon and rectal carcinoma,thus furning into a new target of immunotherapy of colon and rectal carcinoma.
