摘要
将带有氨丙基的氨基硅油与环氧树脂反应,制备了聚硅氧烷改性的环氧树脂,并对改性产物进行了结构表征。研究了氨基含量以及反应体系中溶剂存在对改性环氧树脂的力学性能的影响,并从微观结构上进行了分析。结果表明:氨基硅油接枝到环氧树脂链上,环氧树脂的力学性能主要依赖于氨基硅油的氨基含量,当摩尔含量5%的氨基硅油与环氧树脂反应,可以较好地提高环氧树脂的力学性能,提高柔韧性,在摩尔含量5%时就能较好提高改性环氧树脂的耐热性能。
The silicone-epoxy resin was synthesized by epoxy resin and amino silicone oil with ammonia-propyl.It was studied on mechanical performance of silicone-epoxy resin as the content of amido and solvent,also analyzed it from the microstructure.The results showed that the ammonia silicone oil was synthesized to the chain of epoxy resin,and the mechanical performance of silicone-epoxy resin main depended on the content of amido,moreover,the mechanical performance and flexility was improved preferably by 5 mol% of amido,the thermal resistance was enhanced well by 5 mol% of amido.
