摘要
采用脱水蓖麻油制得聚酰胺固化剂,并用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了该固化剂与环氧树脂体系的固化动力学模型。根据Kissinger方法和Crane方法得到该固化体系的动力学参数:表观活化能Ea为45.81kJ/mol,反应级数n为0.88,频率因子A为3.10×105s-1。由外推法得到体系最佳固化工艺为:起始固化温度为60℃,恒温固化温度为90℃,以及后处理温度为110℃。体系固化前后的红外光谱(FT-IR)进一步验证了该固化工艺的合理性。
The polyamide curing agent was prepared by dehydrated castor oil.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was used to determine the curing kinetics models of the curing and epoxy resin system.The kinetic parameters of the system were calculated by the Kissinger method and the Crane method,respectively.Analysis of the DSC results indicated that the activation energy of the system was 45.81 kJ/mol,the reaction order was 0.88 and the reaction frequency factor was 3.10×105 s-1.In addition,the best curing techniques were also studied by extrapolation.It was found that the initial curing temperature was 60 ℃,constant curing temperature was 90 ℃ and final treatment temperature was 110 ℃.Furthermore,the fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectrum of the curing system certified that the curing techniques were within acceptable limits.
