摘要
将抗菌单体3-氯-2-羟丙基-三甲基氯化铵(ETA)接枝在纤维素上制得阳离子纤维素,再利用NaOH/硫脲混合水溶液为溶剂,在冰冻条件下溶解所制得的阳离子纤维素,以CaCl2/HCl水溶液为凝固剂,从而得到新型共价键型固相接触抗菌膜。并用IR、XRD、SEM、拉伸、抑菌圈等测试方法对阳离子纤维素膜的结构和性能进行了测试,表明所制得阳离子纤维素膜抗菌性好,并具有良好的机械性和降解性。
The antibacterial monomer(ETA) was grafted on the cellulose to prepare the cationic cellulose,used NaOH/thiourea aqueous solution as solvent to melt the cationic cellulose in the frost condition,then formed membrane by coagulating with CaCl2/HCl aqueous solution,finally prepared the new type covalent touch antibacterial membrane.In addition,the configuration and performance was tested by IR、XRD、SEM、mechanical capability analysis and antibacterial circle.The results indicted that the membrane had good mechanical capability,antibacterial capability and degradability.
