摘要 生物降解材料与淀粉、纤维素等可再生植物填料复合,在不降低其生物降解性的情况下,可降低材料的成本;与羟基磷灰石复合可制备骨折内固定材料,而与药物复合则可制备药物缓释材料;与蒙脱土、碳纳米管、纳米SiO2等纳米填料复合,在填料含量很少的情况下可显著提高其力学性能;与玻璃纤维、碳纤维等增强填料复合可显著改善其力学性能和热性能。 It may reduce the cost of composite to compound biodegradable material with reproducible plant filling such as starch and cellulose,but doesn't hinder biodegradable properties of it.The material of guided bone regeneration may be made by compounding biodegradable material with hydroxyapatite,and drug control releasing material may be made by compounding it with drug.Its mechanical properties may be evidently improved by compounding it with nano-filling such as montmorillonite,carbon nanotube and nano-SiO2 at lower content.Its mechanical properties and heat performance may be remarkably improved by compounding it with strengthening filling such as glass-fibre and carbon-fibre.
