摘要
通过熔融共混制备了环氧树脂CYD-011增容的PA6/PBT共混物。实验结果表明:环氧树脂可以明显改善PBT/PA6共混体系相容性,降低了分散相粒子尺寸,提高了界面强度,力学性能得到显著提高。通过对试样进行热处理,探讨了不同热处理温度对PA6/PBT共混体系力学性能的影响,表明经长时间高温处理,通过环氧树脂增容,共混物力学性能仍得到了明显提高。
Blends of PA6 with poly(butylenes terephthalate)(PBT) and epoxy resin(CYD-011) were prepared by twinscrew extrusion and injection molding.CYD-011 could function as an effective compatibilizer for the PA6/PBT blends.Results showed that it reduced interfacial tension in the melting and led to finer domains of the blends.Compatibilization could also stabilize dispersed phase agaist coalescene during thermal annealing.
