摘要 研究了淀粉、甘油、铝酸酯偶联剂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)含量对热塑性淀粉基生物降解母料塑化过程中平衡扭矩、平衡时间、最大扭矩以及熔体指数等参数的影响。结果表明:增加甘油和铝酸酯的含量,可以显著地降低最大扭矩和平衡扭矩,恰当地选择淀粉和EVA比例可以缩短平衡时间并使母料的熔体指数获得最佳范围,通过调节各组分含量能够使母料获得很好的加工性能。 The investigations were made on the influence of different contents of starch,glycerol,the aluminium coupling agent and ethylene vinyl acetate on the factors like the balanceale torque,time at the balanceable torque,maximal torque and melt index during the plastizing process of the thermoplastic starch-based biodegrable masterbatch.The result showed that the maximal torque and balanceable torque could be reduced by increasing the contents of glycerol and the coupling agent;the proper amounts of starch and EVA could shorten the balanceable time and obtain the best melt index.The better processing properties could be obtained when the just amout of different component was added.
