摘要
分析了形状较复杂、精度要求较高、模具设计制造困难的空调面框的结构,对塑件成型工艺、浇注系统、成型零件结构及抽芯机构等的设计进行了研究和探讨,在实际应用中对类似结构塑料零件注塑模的设计有一定参考价值。
The structure of the air-conditioning panel that be of complex shape,higher accuracy,mold design with difficulties was analyzed.The analysis and discussion were made on the characteristic of the component,gating system,the structure of molding part and core pulling mechanism,and it could be referenced by similar plastic part injection mold design in practical application.
