在定性分析的基础上,运用模糊综合评判原理,求出J省各地区电信与经济发展水平的相对适应度。编制了一整套计算机程序,以便使邮电投资决策部门在任何时期均可对各地区的电信与经济发展水平的相对适应状况进行定量的动态观测,从而为该省的邮电投资方向提供决策性依据。

Applying the Fuzzy set theory for comprehensive evaluation and on the basis of qualitative analysis, the authors propose a quantitative method to calculate the relative adaptability degrees of telecommunication versus the development level of economy at various regions in J province. A set of practical computer programs is provided for the. PTT dicision making executives to review and forecast the adaptability degrees dynamically and quantitatively at any period. Thus it offers a scientific basis for telecommunicauon investmant guide in J province.
