复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛30例疗效观察

Compound Salvia Pellet in the Treatment of Coronary Angina Pectoris:Efficacy Observation of 30 Cases

目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻症的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分成2组,对照组30例以口服消心痛片,阿斯匹林片,辛伐他汀片治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上加服复方丹参滴丸(由丹参、三七、冰片组成)治疗。2组疗程均为4周。主要观察冠心病心绞痛的主要症状及心电图在治疗前后的改善情况。结果2组心绞痛缓解疗效,总有效率治疗组为93.33%对照组为79.9%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论复方丹参滴丸可明显缓解心绞痛发作,改善心脏的缺血症状。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound salvia pellet in the treatment of stagnation of heart-blood due to coronary heart angina pectoris. Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 eases in the control group were administered with Xiao Xin Tong tablets,aspirin and simvastatin for oral use;30 cases in the therapeutic group were added compound salvia pellet(composed of radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix notoginseng,bomeolum synthetic- um)besides the medicine of the control group. The treatment courses of the two groups were both 4 weeks. We mainly ob- served the main symptoms of coronary angina pectoris and the improvement of electrocardiogram before and after treatment. Results As to the efficacy of the relief of angina pectoris of the two groups,the total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 79.9%,and the difference was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Com- pound salvia pellet can obviously relieve the occurrence of angina pectoris and improve the ischemic symptom of the heart.
