摘要
为保障某天然气压缩站的离心式压缩机组长期正常运行,对其进行了性能评估,分析了离心式压缩机组工作的热力过程,研究了离心式压缩机组包括多变效率、喘振裕度以及燃气轮机效率的计算方法,建立了离心压缩机组特性计算的数学模型并编制了相应的计算程序。通过对实际离心压缩机组特性进行数值模拟,验证了特性分析程序的有效性。数值模拟结果表明,开发的程序具有很高的计算精度,能够对天然气离心压缩机组的特性进行准确合理的分析及评估。
The thermal process of centrifugal compressor unit was analyzed,the ploytropic efficiency and the surge margin of centrifugal compressor,the thermal efficiency of gas turbine were studied,finally the mathematical models of centrifugal compressor unit's characteristics were presented to solve the problem of steady operation and characteristics evaluation of centrifugal compressor unit.The simulation program was also been developed.Compared with test data,the results of simulation verify the validity of characteristics simulation of centrifugal compressor unit.It is shown that the developed program can properly simulate and evaluate characteristics of centrifugal compressor unit.
