支吊架零部件重量及吊零方式对弹簧型号和管道应力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过大量计算,分析了支吊架零部件重量及吊零方式对管道位移、载荷、应力、模态频率和弹簧型号的影响。结果表明,冷态吊零比热态吊零具有更小的OPE运行应力和SUS持续应力,一次应力计算获得的弹簧载荷整定值约比准确值低6%,使用两次应力计算可获得精确的弹簧整定值,一次应力计算加上支吊架零部件重量再重新计算弹簧也能获得比较准确的整定值。 Influence of hanger component weight and load design method for pipe node movement,node restraint load,node code stress and pipe system modal frequency were analyzed.The result show that pipe have lower stress of SUS case and OPE case by cold load design method than by hot load design method.Spring installation load calculated once by normal pipe stress analysis is smaller 6% than its true value.Exact installation load may be recalcaulated by running pipe stress analysis routine twice or adding component weight.
