阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效和副作用比较

Comparing the Clinic Efficacy and the Adverse Effects of Erythromycin and Azithromycin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:探讨红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效和不良反应.方法:112例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为红霉素组(65例)和阿奇霉素组(47例),红霉素组组每日20～25 mg/kg静脉注射,10～14 d,阿奇霉素组每日10 mg/kg静脉注射,3 d/周,共2周.结果:红霉素组组的退热时间明显短于阿奇霉素组(P＜0.05),而两组咳嗽和肺部哕音消失时间无明显差别(P均＞0.05).红霉素组组的胃肠道反应及注射部位疼痛发生率明显高于阿奇霉素组(P＜0.05).结论:红霉素仍然是治疗儿童支原体肺炎早期的首选药物.

Objective To evaluate the clinic efficacy and the side effects of erythromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods All patients were randomly assigned to the erythromycin group (n = 65) or azithromycin group (n = 47). Erythromycin group received erythromycin 20~25 mg/kg for 10~14 days and azithromycin group received azithromycin 10 mg/kg for 3 days weekly, for 2 weeks. The clinic efficacy and side effects were observed. Results The terms of fever was shorter in erythromycin group than those in azithromycin group (P < 0.05). There were no differences in terms of cough, pulmonary rale. The rates of gastrointestinal tract reaction and injection site pain were higher in erythromycin group than those in azithromycin group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Erythromycin is still first choice drug in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in early stage.
