不同土壤类型对膏桐幼苗耐高温性的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 以膏桐实生盆栽幼苗为试验材料,研究其在不同土壤类型营养配方处理条件下水分饱和亏缺、质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量等的变化。结果表明:不同营养配方在25℃和35℃条件下,膏桐幼苗生长正常;在45℃高温处理下,随着高温时间的延长,燥红壤配方与赤红壤配方和砖红壤配方相比,叶片相对含水量下降幅度和质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量增高幅度较小,变化趋势较平缓。方差分析表明,燥红壤配方与赤红壤配方及砖红壤配方在高温期间的生理指标差异极显著,而赤红壤配方与砖红壤配方差异不显著。综合3种配方在高温期间的生理指标变化情况,其耐高温能力由强到弱依次为:燥红壤、赤红壤、砖红壤。 With potted seedlings of Jatropha curcas as experimental materials,water saturation deficit,Relative permeability of plasma membrane and change of malondialdehyde content under different soil types(nutritional prescriptions).The results showed that seedlings could grow well at temperatures of 25℃ and 35℃ with different soil types,but when the temperature was 45℃ and with time prolongation at this higher temperature,the relative water content of leaves under the conditions of plasma membrane as well as well as the increase of malondialdehyde slowed down.Variance analysis showed the difference of physiological indices at high temperature between dry red soil and lateritic red soil and lateritic soil were extremely significant whereas the difference between lateritic red soil and lateritic soil was not.So the higher temperature resistance for the three soil types was in the sequence of dry red soil,lateritic red soil and lateritic soil.
