云南松合子胚发育及形态特征

Morphological Characteristics and Developmental Stages of Zogytic Embryo in Pinus yunnanensis

为了掌握云南松合子胚发育规律,2006年和2007年5月下旬至8月下旬采集昆明树木园内的云南松幼嫩球果,对其合子胚进行解剖镜和光学显微镜观察拍照,进行形态观察和描述,据其形态特征将云南松合子胚划分为8个发育阶段。

In order to know the regularities of zygotic embryo development of Pinus yunnanensis,the green cones were collected from Kunming Arboretum throughout the summer of 2006～2007.Embryos were dissected from the female gametophyte and classified.The morphological structures of the zygotic embryos at different developmental stages were observed and recorded by using dissecting microscope and light microscope.Classification system of embryos had been arranged sequentially eight stages according to their morphological characteristics.The results would provide basic information for the correlative studies on embryogenesis in P.yunnanensis.
