巨尾桉接种根瘤菌试验效果初探 被引量:17

摘要 为了探讨接种根瘤菌对非豆科植物巨尾桉苗木生长的影响,以5个根瘤菌菌株接种巨尾桉树苗,结果表明:接种根瘤菌能显著提高桉树苗木的苗高、地径及苗木的生物量和叶片含氮量,土壤含氮量增加。综合分析表明:接种HJ06对桉树各个生长指标效果最好;接种HJ06后,桉树苗高、总生物量和叶绿素含量分别比对照高100.2%、155.9%和57.1%;接种ZG03对促进桉树地径生长的作用最为显著,比对照高43.3%;接种HM8可显著增加土壤含氮量(80.9%)。根瘤菌接种非豆科植物桉树的促生效果显著。 To probe into effect of Rhizobia inoculation on the growth of Eucalyptus,5 Rhizobia were inoculated at the seedling roots of Eucalyptus.The result showed that the height,ground diameter,biomass and nitrogen content of lamina of seedlings were significantly enhanced and nitrogen content in soil increased accordingly.The result also revealed that seedlings inoculated with HJ06 had the greatest improvement for the greatest improvement for the growth index of Eucalyptus and their height,total biomass and chlorophyll increased by 100.2%,155.9%and 57.1%respctively,compared with that of CK.Seedlings inoculated with ZG03 showed significant growth in ground diameter witch was 43.3% over CK.Seedlings inoculated with HM8 made the content of nitrogen in the soil reach up to 80.9%.The experimental result showed that the Rhizoa inoculated to eucalyptus,a non-leguminosae plant.Can generate significant effect on the plant growth.
