青少年犯罪的社区服务刑罚探析

监狱对于严重犯罪来说是合适的,对于轻微犯罪行为,对于青少年犯罪,监狱就不是最好的也不是最有效的地方,而社区服务刑罚是具有创造性的判决轻微犯罪行为犯人的方法,犯罪分子被命令在社区利用业余时间,从事一定量的工作,目的是让犯罪分子对其所犯罪行向社区作出赔偿。这显然对和谐社会的建设具有积极意义。

Prison is appropriate for serious offenders,but may not be the best the most effective-option for less serious offender or minor criminal.community service penalties is new and innovative ways of sentencing less serious offenders.the offenders are ordered to perform some work in community during his or her spare time,the object of this order is for the offenders to make some reparation to the community for his or her wrongs.all this is important in practice for constructing a harmonious society.
