我国环境法学者对《环境保护法》第6条有各种不同的解释,但这些解释都是从权利的视角做出的,与环境法的本质相悖。环境权的各种书面规定都是为了确定人们的环境保护义务,只有从义务的角度对《环境保护法》第6条进行解释才是正确的,这也为我国《环境保护法》的修改指明了方向。

Different explanations of the sixth-item of the Environmental Protection Law of China witch from the view of right in our environmental law scholars were inconsistent with the nature of environmental law.Provisions of the environmental-right were for the sake of ascertaining obligations of environmental protection on people.Explanations only from the view of duty of the sixth-item of the Environmental Protection Law of China are right,which points out the direction of amending of the Environmental Protection Law of China.
