HPLC同时测定津溢胶囊中丹皮酚与格列本脲的含量

Determination of Glibenclamide and Paeonol in JinYi Capsules by HPLC

目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定津溢胶囊中格列本脲和丹皮酚的含量.方法 采用C18柱,以甲醇-磷酸二氢铵溶液(62∶38)为流动相,检测波长274 nm.结果 格列本脲进样量在0.34～1.69 μg内线性关系良好,:r=0.999 8;丹皮酚进样量在0.17～0.83 μg内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8.平均回收率:格列本脲98.6%(RSD=0.5%,n=6);丹皮酚101.1%(RSD=1.4%,n=6).结论 本方法测定津溢胶囊中格列本脲和丹皮酚的含量准确,方便快捷,且分离效果好.

OBJECTIVE HPLC method was established for the determination of Glibenclamide and Paeonol in Jin Yi Capsules.METHODS Jin Yi Capsules were separated on a C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(62:38) and detected at 274 nm. RESULTS The standard curve of Glibenclamide in the range of 0.34～1.69 μg was good and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8;The standard curve of Paeonol in the range of 0.17～0.83 μg was good and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The average recovery of the Glibenclamide was 98.6%(RSD=0.5%,n=6) and that of Paeonol was 101.1%(RSD=1.4%,n=6).CONCLUSION The method is used to separate and determine Glibenclamide and Paeonol in Jin Yi Capsules and it is simple,rapid and accurate.
