舒心合剂质量控制方法的研究

Study on Quality Contral and Preparation for Shuxin Mixture

目的建立舒心合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄芪、三七和赤芍;运用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总皂苷的含量。结果薄层色谱方法简便、专属性强、重复性好;含量测定结果准确,人参皂苷Re平均回收率为102.2%(RSD=1.0%,n=6)。结论本方法可有效控制舒心合剂的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish the effective methods for the quality contral of Shuxin Mixture.METHODS The Radix Astragali and Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng,Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified by TLC.The contents of total saponins were determined by UV.RESULTS The TLC methods were strong specificity and good reproducibility.The contents of ginsenosides Re was dertermined by UV which was accurate with the average recovery of 102.2%(RSD=1.0%,n=6).CONCLUSION These methods can be used to contral the quality of Shuxin Mixture effectively.
