前列康牌普乐安片治疗良性前列腺增生症50例

目的前列康牌普乐安片治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法采用前列康牌普乐安片治疗良性前列腺增生症50例,并与前列泰片治疗50例进行对比观察。结果治疗组显效率为60.0%,有效率为30.0%,总有效率90%;对照组分别为40.0%,30.0%,总有效率70%。结论前列康牌普乐安片对良性前列腺增生症有良好的疗效。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of Qianlie Kang Pule′an Pian on benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).METHODS 50 patients with BPH treated with Qianlie Kang Pule′an Pian were compared with other 50 patients with BPH treatedwith Qianlie Tai Pian.RESULTS In the treatment group,the overall response rate was 90%,including 60.0% complete response(CR) and 30.0% partial response(PR),while the overall response rate,CR and PR of the control group were 70%,40.0% and30.0%,respectively.CONCLUSION Qianlie Kang Pule'an Pian showed obvious effects in treating BPH.
