我国互联网药品信息监测工作的现状及对策分析

Current Status and Analysis of Drug Information Administration Over Internet

目的当前,随着互联网信息技术的快速发展及普及应用,在药品流通领域,通过互联网提供药品信息服务和药品交易服务日益增多,然而一些互联网站违法提供药品信息服务和药品交易服务的问题也日益突出。国家历来对互联网药品信息服务和药品交易服务有着较为严格的监管制度。本文作者结合工作经验,对我国互联网药品信息服务和药品交易服务监管工作的基本情况进行梳理,对当前互联网违法发布药品广告信息的现状及违法情形进行分析,并就有效的监管对策,从监管理念、渠道及手段等方面进行了探讨。

OBJECTIVE Along with rapid development and widespread application on Internet informatics technology,more and more information and trading service over internet were provided in the field of drug circulation.However,illegal services increasingly come forth.Strict administration system has being established in China for information and trading service over internet.With his working experience,the author trimed the administration status on information and trading service over internet in China,analyzed current status and instances of illegal drug advertisement over internet,and discussed from ideas,channels and measures aspects of the administration.
