摘要
目的研究cyclin D3和Ki-67在ACC中的表达情况及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法,分别检测cyclin D3和Ki-67蛋白在10例正常涎腺组织(NSG)及34例ACC组织标本中的表达情况。结果Cyclin D3LI在ACC组高于NSG组(P<0.05)。复发组的cyclin D3LI高于无复发组(P<0.05)。Ki-67LI在ACC组明显高于NSG组(P<0.05)。小涎腺组的Ki-67LI低于腮腺组显著性(P<0.05)。Ki-67LI在复发组高于无复发组(P<0.05)。在ACC中cyclin D3的表达与Ki-67的表达呈正相关(r=0.392,P<0.05)。结论Cyclin D3的表达在ACC的发展过程中有一定作用,促进了细胞增殖,并可能与复发有关。Ki-67可能是一个重要的ACC预后因子。
ObjectiveThe aim of the present study is to investigate the expression of cyclin D3 and Ki-67 in ACCs.Methods The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of cyclin D3 and Ki-67 in 34 cases of ACC and 10 cases of normal salivary gland(NSG).Results The label index (LI) of cyclin D3 was higher in ACC group than that in NSG (P < 0.05). Cyclin D3 LI was significantly different between recurrence group and no recurrence group (P < 0.05). The LI of Ki-67 was significantly higher in ACC group than that in NSG (P < 0.05). The LI of Ki-67 in minor salivary gland ACC was lower than that in parotid gland ACC (P < 0.05). The LI of Ki-67 had a significant difference between recurrence group and no recurrence group (P < 0.05). The expression of cyclin D3 had a positive correlation with that of Ki-67 (P < 0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cyclin D3 might play certain roles in accelerating the progress of cell cycle and promoting cell proliferation . Cyclin D3 expression also related with the recurrence of ACC in our stdudy. Ki-67 appears to be a significant prognostic factor in ACC.
