摘要
针对工业上广泛使用的温控仪的工作特点,研究了模糊控制的方法,主要包括:在分析总结模糊控制本质思想的基础上,提出了一种非线性、变权、控制规则自调整的模糊控制器,仿真结果验证了该控制器的简单、有效性;将该控制算法用于MWK型模糊温控仪的设计制造,实验表明,温控仪的工作性能良好、成本低、可以投入生产。分析了控制器参数的作用,并给出了进一步改善控制性能和在线自调整的模糊算法。
This article introduces the method of fuzzy control according to the character of the temperature controller widely used in industry and it mainly includes :through analyzing and generalizing the essence of fuzzy control ,auto-adjusting fuzzy controller is invented under the rule of a kind of nonlinear changeable weight law with its simulation results verifying the simplicity and effectiveness. The experiment indicates if the control algorithm is put into the design and manufacture of the MWK fuzzy temperature controller, the temperature controller works in a good condition and it can be manufactured because of its low cost; further improvement of control properties and auto-adjusting fuzzy algorithm on line is raised after analyzing the function of parameter of the controller .
