六味地黄汤对免疫功能低下小鼠的药理作用

Pharmacological effects of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on immuno-compromised rats

目的研究六味地黄汤对环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制模型小鼠细胞免疫及体液免疫的免疫调节作用。方法制备小鼠免疫功能低下模型,将免疫功能低下小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及六味地黄汤治疗组。观察六味地黄汤对小鼠体重的影响。并测定小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及小鼠血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)的含量。结果六味地黄汤可以使小鼠体重明显增加,提高模型小鼠外周血CD3^+和CD4^+T细胞百分率,促进血清IgM,IgG和IgA的生成。结论六味地黄汤具有增强免疫功能低下小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on humoral and cell-mediated immunity of cyclo- phosphamide-induced immuno-compromised rats.Methods Immuno-compromised rat model was made and rats were randomly as- signed into control group,model group and Liuwei Dihuang decoction treated group.The effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on body weight was observed.The peripheral T cell subgroups and immunoglobins were also observed.Results Liuwei Dihuang de- coction could improve body weight,increase peripheral CD3^+ and CD4^+ T cell percentages and IgM,IgG,IgA content.Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang decoction may improve humoral and cell-mediated immunity of cyclophosphamide-induced immuno-compromised rats.
