放射性核素^(90)Sr外敷贴治疗瘢痕的临床观察

Clinical observation for healing scar by radionuclide^(90)Sr compress paste

目的探讨放射线对瘢痕治疗的剂量、方法或疗效。方法采用放射性^(90)Sr,根据患者的年龄、性别、瘢痕部位、大小、性质及治疗目的给予不同的剂量,对瘢痕患者进行分次外敷贴照射治疗。结果以自然生长的瘢痕治疗效果最好,手术、外伤和美容后形成的瘢痕次之,烧、烫伤后形成的瘢痕最差。结论放射性核素^(90)Sr对瘢痕有非常好的治疗效果。

Objective:To diSCUSS the radionuclid' s dose, way and curative effect of healing scar.Method:Adopting radoinuclide^(90)Sr to heal scar patients by fractional irradiation compress paste and giving themdifferent dose accordingtothetheirages,sexes,thescarareas,sizes,characters and the healing aims.Result:The best healing effect is natural growing sear and the scar brought by operation,trauma andhairdress-ing is better.The scar that is formed by burning is worst.Conclusion: Radionuclide^(90)Sr has apeffect healing curative effect to scar.
