摘要
目的探讨壶腹部癌局部切除术可行性及适应证.方法对9例壹腹部癌合并内科疾病患者行局部切除术.结果9例患者均术后恢复良好,1、3、5年生存率为88.9%、44.4%、33.5%.结论壹腹部癌局部切除术是可行的,但有一定适应证.
Objective To explore the feasibility and indications of local resection of ampullary cancer.Methods Nine cases ampullary cancer with medical disorders were performed local resection.Results Nine patients have soundly recovered after operation,1,3 and 5-year survival rate was 88.9%,44.4%,33.3%.Conclusion The local resection of ampullary cancer is feasible,but it need have a certain indications.
