我院2001～2006年抗癫痫药血药浓度监测的数据分析

Analysis for the Blood Concentration of Anti-epileptic Drugs in Tian Tan Hospital from 2001 to 2006

目的:阐明治疗药物监测(TDM)对抗癫痫药(AEDs)合理用药的意义,关注临床科室对TDM的认识程度.方法:建立AEDs的Access数据库,结合性别与年龄分析我院2001～2006年AEDs的TDM结果.结果:我院AEDs的监测例数逐年上升;各种AEDs在有效浓度范围内的监测例次比例不高,且因年龄与性别存在一定差异.结论:TDM虽然应用日益广泛,但患者个体用药信息缺乏限制了AEDs个体化用药的发展.需医师、药师共同努力,促进AEDs的合理使用.

Objective:To investigate the significance of therapeutic drug monitoring for rational administration and the recognition level about the therapeutic drug monitoring in clinical divisions.Method:Establish an Access database.We did retrospective analysis for the data in database integrating with gender and age.Results:The monitoring number of AEDs from 2001 to 2006 increased year-on-year.The conventional anti-epileptic drugs show a low therapeutic index,which is related to gender and age in a certain extent. Conclution:All correlated clinical divisions considered that the monitoring was very important,but didn't fill in the application list com- pletely.Then it is difficult for clinical pharmacists to provide rational dosage regimen according to the application list.To really come true individual rationalization proposal,all of us need do more work.
