摘要
为了探讨适用于煤壁及锚网的防风化材料的合理配比,提出采用聚乳液改性水泥浆液作为喷涂材料,对锚网支护巷道进行喷涂。应用正交试验方法,选取水泥用量、水灰比、聚灰比和砂灰比为4个因素及4个水平作正交试验。改变材料配比以研究喷涂材料的抗压强度、黏结抗拉强度等性质的变化,得到适用于煤矿巷道的喷涂材料配比,将其应用于井下巷道,结果表明聚合物砂浆喷层胶结性好,凝固快,对巷道封闭效果好,能覆盖金属网和煤壁,有效防止金属网锈蚀。
