卫生信息数据集分类与编码规则的研究

Several Thoughts about Rules for Health Information Dataset Classifying and Coding

目的为实现我国医药卫生领域数据集的统一标引、注册、管理、索引和查询,研究建立一套通用的分类与编码规则。方法①归纳数据集的通用属性和特有属性;②基于分类概念与要素,建立数据集主、复分类体系框架;③研究建立卫生信息数据集类目设置原则、类目界定与约束和复分类目界定与属性控制规则;④根据分类体系框架进行数据集编码设计。结果提出了一套以主题为分类依据的、包括3～6级子主题类目层级的主分类框架,和由时间、地域、学科、疾病类别等可扩展区段组成的复分类体系,以及相应的主分类和复分类编码规则。结论本规则可指导医药卫生领域各部门、各专业建立统一、规范的卫生信息数据集分类与编码方案,促进数据集的规范化标引、网络化管理,满足用户快速查询、有效交换和广泛共享的需求。
