摘要
该文研究应用ADINA软件采用任意拉格朗日欧拉(arbitrary Lagrange-Euler,ALE)法对一混流式水轮机转轮进行了流固耦合计算,得出了转轮在空气中和水中的频率和模态。通过计算表明在水压载荷和黏性载荷的作用下,水轮机的转轮频率存在一定程度的下降,模态发生了变化。并应用动态断裂力学预测了该转轮可能发生的裂纹破坏。
By adopting the Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler (ALE) method and the software ADINA, the fluid-structure coupling (FSC) problem of a Francis turbine is calculated. The vibration frequency and mode of the runner in the air and in the water are obtained. The calculation results show that runner frequency of the turbine is reduced in certain degree under the effect of water pressure and viscous force, and the mode is changed too.
