结合聚氯乙烯生产装置,分析了影响备件库存的众多因素,并对各影响因素进行分级,提出了一个简单实用的数学计算式,用来计算反映备件库存必要性程度的备件库存必要性因子。该因子的应用有助于提高企业的备件库存管理水平,降低企业综合成本。

Combining with PVC production facility,various factors of influencing the spare parts stock were analyzed and classified.A simple and practical mathematic calculaction formula was proposed to calculate the necessity factor which was used to reflect the necessity degree of spare parts stock.Application of this factor could help the enterprise improve the management level of spare parts stock and reduce comprehensive cost.
