电炉炼钢集束射流氧枪的数值模拟及在通钢的应用 被引量:6

摘要 用软件CFX5.7.1对电弧炉炼钢用集束射流氧枪射流特征进行了数值模拟,结果表明,集束射流氧枪射流长,射流集中衰减慢.分析了北京科技大学集束供氧系统工艺流程及主要工艺参数,及其在通化钢铁公司的使用情况.通过使用USTB集束供氧系统,通化钢铁公司第一炼钢厂的电弧炉平均电耗由370 kW·h/t降低到190 kW·h/t,冶炼周期从65min缩短到49min,电极消耗从1.5kg*t减少到1.3kg/t,氧气消耗从42m^3/t增加到65m^3/t,碳粉消耗从4.5kg/t增加到14.5kg/t. Numerical simulation of jet flow of coherent oxygen lance for arc furnace steelmaking was carried out by CFX5.7.1 software. The results showed that jet flow of coherent oxygen lance was long,concentrated and anti-attenuation.The main process parameters of coherent oxygen jet system belonging to University of Science and Technology Beijing were introduced,and its application status in Tonghua iron and steel enterprise was described.Due to application of coherent oxygen jet system belonging to University of S...
