摘要
采用了统计分析、物料衡算及能量衡算等研究方法,对天津钢管公司150t交流电弧炉炼钢高效节电技术进行了研究.三项单元技术研究针对特有的四元炉料结构,研究其对吨钢冶炼电耗的定量影响;使用4支炉壁氧枪和2支炉门氧枪及分时段供氧技术,保证了1.4 m^3/(min·t)的供氧强度,提高了氧气利用率;研究新的更大容量变压器的合理供电技术,保证了100 MW变压器炼钢安全、高效运行.在此基础上,按炼钢生产速率和能量需求进行有效综合研究,取得了高效、节电的显著效果.
