金属喷射成形过程的数学模型

摘要 应用数学模型模拟了金属喷射成形过程,并在宝钢的喷射成形设备上进行了测试,验证了研究结果.该过程的数学模型由4部分组成:喷射气体在沉积室中的流动、单一液滴沿其轨道的运动、大量液滴运动的概率统计分析、对喷射成形过程中沉积坯形状和温度分布的预测.在原型实验中,测定了射流中心的速度、沉积坯的形状以及沉积率.预测值和实验值吻合得较好. The metal spray forming process was examined using mathematical model simulation and verified by prototype part evaluation in Baosteel s test and development facilities.The mathematical model comprised 4 sections as follows:jet gas flow in the deposition chamber,single droplet behavior along its trajectory path,probability and statistical analysis of the droplet mass behavior,and prediction of the shape and temperature distribution of the billet during spray forming process.The center velocity of the jets,t...
