摘要
保持恒定的底吹N_2流量,在高温高压反应釜内对高氮钢的精炼进行了热力学实验,对实验结果进行了正交分析.研究结果表明,在影响高氮钢氮溶解度的因素中压力影响最大,氮溶解度随着压力的升高而增大;合金组分(Cr,Mn)的影响次之且Cr的影响大于Mn,氮溶解度随着Cr,Mn含量增加而增大;温度的影响最小,氮溶解度随着温度的升高而减小.
