摘要
研究了混合稀土La和Ce在泡沫铝中的作用,当稀土添加量为0.45%时,泡沫铝屈服抗压强度提高到了13.6 MPa.微观形貌分析和X射线分析表明,稀土对孔洞的大小和孔壁的强度有显著的影响.混合稀土La和Ce除了固熔在Al基体(α相)外,还在熔体中还形成了初生Al_3RE质点相,使泡沫铝基体强度得到提高.
The strengthening function of La and Ce mixed rare earth elements in the foamed aluminum was studied in this work.The resulting alloy material was characterized with XRD,electronic scanning microscope and mechanical property measurement.The results show that when the content of mixed rare earth is 0.45%,the compressive yield strength of foamed aluminum is improved to be 13.6 MPa,and the rare earth elements have remarkable effect on the pore size and the intensity of opening wall.La and Ce are dissolved in t...
