摘要
以第二代电流传送器(CCⅡ)作为有源器件,采用多环反馈法(MF)设计了四种低通电流滤波器,即领先节反馈型(FLF)、反向跟随领先节反馈型(IFLF)、变换同伴型(SCF)和跳耦型(LF)低通电流滤波器。CCⅡ具有独特的电流信号处理能力以及非常优越的高频特性和高输入阻抗特性,如果采用自动调谐措施,则本文所提出的电路适于全集成。
Four kinds of multiple-loop feedback(MF) low-pass filter with current-conveyer are presented. They are : follow the leader feedback (FLF), inverse follow the leader feedback (IFLF), shifeed companion form (SCF) and leap frog (LF) low-pass current-mode filters; each using current-conveyer as active components. Current-conveyer I (CC I ) has the inherent properties of exclusive ability of processing current signal, predominant high frequency performance and high input impendance feature. If autocorrection is applied, all the four being offered are suitablly performed by integrated circuit.
