极端格点混料设计在济钢焦化配煤生产中的应用

Application of Extreme Vertices Mixture Design in The Coal Blending at Jisteel

为降低配煤成本和稳定焦炭质量,运用极端格点混料设计,对配煤结构进行优化,并对试验数据进行了响应踪迹分析和优化器分析,从而确定了最优化的配煤结构。从试验结果可以看出,优化后的配煤结构中,减少了1/3焦煤、肥煤、焦煤的配入量,增加了气煤、气肥煤的配量,有效降低了生产成本。

In order to reduce blending cost and improve coke quality,extreme vertices mixture design was introduced to optimize the blending ratio.By applying this method,the production cost was reduced effectively.
