Reasons and Measures to Deal With Declining of Sulfur Absorption Ability of Tanning Extract

针对兖矿鲁南化肥厂在栲胶脱硫运行过程中存在的问题:系统中副盐较多、脱硫出口指标超标、泵抽空现象频繁发生、熔硫不正常等,分析了栲胶吸收能力下降的原因,提出了生产中解决问题的具体措施:把好进厂原料质量关、减少副盐的生成、加大对悬浮硫的过滤、对熔硫釜流程进行改造等。通过采取这些措施,实现了生产运行正常。
