正交试验法优选柏子仁油的包合工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究β-环糊精包合柏子仁油的最佳工艺,提高产品的稳定性。方法:采用正交实验法,优选最佳包合工艺;考察包合物收得率。结果:优选出包合工艺为:柏子仁油:β-环糊精为1:2,将柏子仁油加入β-环糊精水溶液,包合温度80℃,超声处理10min。结论:此工艺使液态变固体,使柏子仁油变为亲水性,便于进一步的制剂,可以解决固体制剂的渗油和崩解困难等问题。
