摘要
结合ADC方法及模糊综合评价法,提出了一种基于ADC效能模型的舰船电子装备技术状态评估方法,该方法具有广泛的适用性及实用性。以具体舰船雷达装备为例,详细论述了该方法的评估思路以及具体应用步骤,给出评估系统的实现思路。
According to ADC method and fuzzy integrated evaluation method,a ship electronic equipment technical condition evaluation method based on ADC efficiency model is put forward.This method has wide applicability and practicability.By analyzing concrete ship radar equipment,the evaluation process and detail steps of this method are discussed.The realization method of the evaluation system is presented.
