电力供应中断后,操作人员容易忘记关断电源开关,在重新恢复供电时,很容易导致那些没有及时切断电源开关的用电设备的突然运转而造成意外事故。为了避免此类现象的发生,开发设计了基于硬件直接控制的防遗忘关断电源开关控制器。该控制器断电后本身不需要任何电源维持其工作,由硬件电路的自动复位实现重新恢复供电时用电器具与电源不接通的控制功能。通过在普通电源开关上加装该控制器,实现了在电力中断后用电设备的自动关断,保证了重新来电时用电设备不会运转,从而防止了由此而引发的意外事故。

When electrical power is broken off,operators usually forget to turn off the power supply switch. When electrical power gets back, the electric equipment that is not turned off would suddenly run and this would easily lead to many kinds of danger accidents. In order to solve the problems, we designed switch controller guarding against forgetting to turn off power supply based on hardware. During the power cut, this controller does not need any power supply to keep its operation. By the automated reset of its hardware, it can realize the function that the electric equipment does not be connected with the electrical power when the power gets back. After the controller is fixed on the general switch, it can make the electric equipment be turned off automatically after electrical power is broken off, thus ensuring the electric equipment does not operate when electrical power gets back, and this can prevent the accident.
