基于PWE法的任意形状电磁晶体带隙结构分析

摘要 基于平面波展开(PWE)法建立了分析任意形状二维方格电磁晶体带隙的数学模型。用数值分析法求解电磁晶体结构系数,并由本征方程获得了电磁晶体的带隙结构。对方形柱、复合格电磁晶体和分形电磁晶体带隙结构的分析结果表明:该法计算结果与文献一致,可用于计算任意形状的二维电磁晶体带隙结构。 The model to analyze the band gap structure of arbitrary shape 2-D electromagnetic crystals was established based on plane wave expansion(PWE) method in this paper.The structure coefficients of electromagnetic crystals were solved by numerical discretization method,and the band gap structure was derived by intrinsic equation.The analysis results of square rods,complex lattice electromagnetic crystals and fractal electromagnetic crystals showed that the numerical results were well agreed with data in referen...
