百万等级汽机基础振动测试比较研究

Comparative research on vibration measurement of foundations for 1000 MW turbo-generator sets

目前国内有较多百万等级机组投产,由于受生产厂家、国别、型号等的影响,它们基础型式存在较大差异.通过3个有代表性的百万等级汽机基础的现场实测研究,得到它们的固有频率与振幅值,结果表明各基础尽管外型相差悬殊,但都能保证各自机组的平稳运行,满足相关规范要求.

Nowadays,more and more 1 000 MW turbo-generator sets are put into production,but their foundations are different basically because of different producers,countries and types.Three representative 1 000 MW turbo-generator foundations are taken into consideration;the vibration measurement results show that they can guarantee normal operation of turbo-generator sets and satisfy the demand of relative specifications.
