摘要
对某电厂超大型原煤斗和多漏斗型粉煤斗,采用ANSYS结构应力分析软件进行了有限元分析,由于本工程煤斗煤重均在1000 t以上,煤斗体型大、形状复杂,而且采用了4点支承,改变了以往国内电厂通常采用4边支承或者8支点支承方式,基于这些特点已无法采用常规简化的计算分析方法,因此采用有限元进行结构应力分析是十分必要的.通过分析可以清楚地看到钢煤斗每个部位的应力分布情况,找到应力集中和变形控制的点或区域,并得到煤斗的支座反力,为煤斗支撑框架大梁的结构设计提供了准确的荷载,并为超大型钢煤斗的设计提供了可靠的理论分析数据.
To meet the need of structural design of a thermal power plant,the super and multiple steel coal hopper is structurally analyzed by the FEA system ANSYS.Bulk volume is above 1 000 t with super body type and complex configuration.The coal hopper is supported by four supporters which is different other supported by four sides or eight supporters,the coal hopper can not be calculated and analyzed by using the simplified formula;so it is necessary to structurally analyze the hopper by the FEA system ANSYS.The s...
