摘要
以国内首个使用Q420圆管为铁塔主材的大跨越输变电工程为背景,进行了6个K形节点的试验研究,分析了受荷后这类节点的截面应力分布、主管侧向位移以及极限状态的特征等受力特性,为验证杆塔设计是否符合Q420高强钢材料性能要求、满足安全运行提供了可靠的依据,并提出了施焊方案,可供设计与施工人员参考.
The experimental research on the steel tubular tower k-joints with Q420 circular steel tubular are performed,in combination with the practical demands of a river crossing transmission construction project,in which steel tubular Q420 is main material of the tower at first in China.It is discussed on the stress distribution,side displacement of main-pipe and features of the ulitimate capability state of the loaded joints.Some useful suggestions of steel tubular tower with steel Q420 are presented.It is reveal...
