四种对映-贝壳杉烷二萜化合物化感作用潜能的初步评价 被引量:11

摘要 从甘肃产维西香茶菜和兰萼香茶菜中分离到4种得率较高的对映-贝壳杉烷二萜化合物:Leukamenin E,Weisiensin B,Rabdosin B和Epinodosin,以莴苣为受试植物运用生物测定的方法对这4种二萜化合物的化感作用潜能进行了初步的研究.除Rabdosin B以外,其余3种化合物在较高浓度条件下对莴苣幼苗根的生长均有极为显著的抑制作用,160μmol.L-1的4种二萜均能够不同程度抑制莴苣幼苗的根毛发育,但对萌发率、苗长、鲜重和干重则没有显著影响.另外,化合物Rabdosin B在40~160μmol.L-1的浓度范围内对莴苣幼苗根的生长表现出显著的促进作用.研究结果表明,该类化合物能够影响莴苣幼苗根的生长及根毛发育,很有可能在其自然生境中发挥着重要的生态作用. Four ent-kaurene diterpenes,including Leukamenin E,Weisiensin B,Rabdosin B and Epinodosin,have been extracted with high yield rates from Isodon weisiensis C.Y.Wu and Rabdosia japonica var.galaucocalyx distributed in Gansu province,and their allelopathic potential are preliminarily investigated using lettuce as test organism with bioassay method.All of the four diterpenes except Rabdosin B inhibit the root growth significantly at the higher concentrations and the root hair development can also be prominently...
