甘南高寒草甸土壤纤毛虫物种多样性

Species diversity of soil ciliates in Gannan alpine meadow

2006年12月至2007年12月,在甘南高寒草甸依据小生境共设9个采样点,用活体观察法和固定染色法对甘南高寒草甸土壤纤毛虫物种多样性进行了研究.共鉴定到土壤纤毛虫54种,分别属于3纲9目21科27属,其中包括5个国内土壤纤毛虫新纪录种和5个未定名种.广布种为僧帽肾形虫(Colpoda cucullus)、长篮环虫(Cyrtolophosis elongata)、长圆膜袋虫(Cyclidium oblongum)、尾瘦尾虫(Uropleptus caudatus)和小尖毛虫(Oxytrichaminor).下毛目、肾形目和前口目为甘南高寒草甸优势类群;侧口目为稀有类群.研究结果表明,甘南高寒草甸土壤纤毛虫物种较贫乏,群落结构简单.

The species diversity of soil ciliates in Gannan alpine meadow was studied by observation in vivo,fixation and staining from December 2006 to December 2007.Fifty-four species of soil ciliates were identified in nine sampling sites based on habitat,including five unnamed species and five new records of soil ciliates in China,belonging to three classes,nine orders,twenty-one families and twenty-seven genera.Colpoda cucullus,Cyrtolophosis elongata,Cyclidium oblongum,Uroleptus caudatus and Oxytricha minor are w...
