艺术体操运动员的气质类型与选材

The temperament characteristic of rhythmic gymnastics athletes and scientific talent identification

通过对艺术体操项目特点的分析发现,神经类型为强型、平衡型的运动员较适合做艺术体操运动员.对我国现役104名艺术体操运动员气质类型的测试结果也表明,艺术体操运动员以多血质及其变种为最多,其次是粘液质及其变种,抑郁质及其变种的人数最少.在一级及以上水平的运动员中,神经系统类型为强型的运动员比例高达90.9%.在挑选运动员时,应尽量挑选符合项目要求的气质类型,对于神经系统类型为弱型的运动员应慎重考虑其入选问题.

Through analysing the characteristic of rhythmic gymnastics,this study found that athletes type of nervous system is strong and balance,they could fit to rhythmic gymnastics.The temperament type of 104 rhythmic gymnastics athletes is tested.The resut shows that the sanguine and its variation is the main temperament type in our rhythmic gymnastics athletes,phlegm and its variation is less than the former,typical depression and its variation is the least.90.9% athletes belong to strong type of nervous system...
